Eran Schwartz

Mr. Eran Schwartz - Senior Advisor

For the last 10 years Mr. Schwartz served as the C.E.O. of Israel Petrochemical Enterprises Ltd., a public company listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, which holds Carmel Olefins Ltd. and Oil Refineries Ltd. Eran brings managerial and financial experience, as well as extensive experience in M&A processes in a variety of industries, specializing in the energy, chemical, rubber and plastic sectors.

In addition, Mr. Schwartz served as the C.E.O. of I.D. Federman Holdings Ltd., the investment company of the Federman family, and a former director of Modgal Ltd., Modgal Industries (99) Ltd., Modgal Metal (99) Ltd., Modgal Tech (2000) Ltd., Globecom Investments Ltd., Maccabi Tel-Aviv Basketball Club (1995) Ltd., WetWater Ltd. and Secure Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Between 2006 and 2008, Eran was the chairman of the board of Scailex Corporation Ltd., a public investment company listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Up until 1997, Eran was the head of the planning, economics and control department of Elite Industries Ltd.

Mr. Schwartz holds a BA and an MBA in economics and management from Tel-Aviv University.
