Eyal Schwartz, Managing Partner

Mr. Schwartz brings over 20 years of transaction and financial advisory experience in diverse industries as well as a network of strong relationships with the Israeli and European investor community. As Managing Partner, Eyal’s expertise is advising companies and private capitalists in relation to capital raising, domestic and cross-border M&A processes and capital restructurings.

 

Prior to founding his boutique investment house, Mr. Schwartz was the vice president of the Sakal Group in charge of business development and strategies, where he was responsible for initiating and executing M&A transactions, analyzing and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, entering new markets and more.

In his capacity as an M&A lawyer, Eyal worked at one of the leading commercial law firms in Israel, Ram Caspi & Co., known for its strong relationships with the leading business groups in Israel and with government ministries. As an M&A lawyer, Eyal was responsible for negotiations and for the drafting of agreements for acquisition and sale transactions, for partnerships and private offerings.

Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, holds an LL.B from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD University, Fontainebleau, France.
