Schwartz Investment House was founded in 2006 as an independent, private company specializing in the provision of investment banking services and focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions. Based in Tel-Aviv, we cooperate with our global network of working relationships, mainly in Europe.

We focus on providing the highest professional standards of customized, confidential and personal advisory services for complex processes of mergers and acquisitions, sales of companies and businesses, private capital raising and debt restructurings. Unlike larger firms, we refrain from expanding to provide additional services, such as underwriting, financial management or credit granting to our clients, which often give rise to conflicts of interest with the client and prevent the provision of unbiased, professional advice that is solely in the best interests of the client.
